disney world for the baby. if you take the inner park boats across the lake (where the park hotels sit, such as the polynesian, boardwalk etc.) your baby will love it.
i did this when my middle child was 10 months and she was fascinated with the water, the boats, the waves. plus, she loved the little kiddie rides and merry go round.

Me and my family went to both. We first went to the disney cruise. It was very fun for toddlers to teens. They have many activities to do. After that we went to disney world.(obviously FUN). Both places makes you have a great vacation.
FWI: I am just 13 so i dont know that much for an adult

With an 11th month old, I would say Land. But who knows. Maybe he/she would like the cruise. I suggest doing the land ans sea package. This will give you either 3 nights at the park and 4 nights on the cruise; or 4 nights at the park and 3 nights on the cruise. I did the 4 night cruise and 3 night land package 2 years ago. We went a day earlier so that we had an even amount of 4nights on land too. but it was great. They give you a choice of Disney hotels to choose from. They are Deluxe. But they cost cheaper the buying them without this package. One of the choices is the Polynesian I no becuz that is where i stayed. I loved it. Even though it was only 4 nights, it still felt reallly long. I felt like i was on the cruise ship forever. =) and in disney on the last day i was still excited becuz i had the cruise to look forward to.
anyways, you should consider this. It is really good. they take care of everything for you. they even bring your luggage to and from the cruise ship. You should try it. since your doing both, next time you will no which one to definately do!
hope this helps.
