It’s still there .. right by the Sword in the Stone and Peter Pan’s ride.

And it’s still scary – haha .. I would never take my toddler on that ride.

I know they got rid of it in Disney World. But I believe it is still running at Disneyland!

Mr. Toad is still there at Disneyland. They did remove the Magic Kingdom(WDW) version to put in The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh.

The new ride they were talking about is called “Toy Story Midway Mania”. This is actually in California Adventure and not Disneyland. They actually did not get rid of anything(major) this time, it is being built behind California Screamin. They did loose a photo store, carnival style games, and a chicken strip stand. But once the ride opens back up they will probably be adding back in at least one shop also.

Also, it was originaly only for California Adventure, but a few months into the planning stage they decided to include this ride at Disney Studios in WDW that is also supposed to open up at the same time.

They have had issues with contstruction and the opening has been mentioned as anywhere from April to July of 2008, with the July date the more probable one. However, they may have what are known as “soft” openings a few weeks to a couple of months before the “official” opening. During these “soft” openings they may be open one day and closed the next to work on some issues, so they will never advertise them.
