Magical Express takes you from airport to Disney hotel. And the Disney cruise line bus takes you to the ship.

everything is included. They have buses that take you from the ship to the parks and back again

As long as you book the package, you can choose the ground transportation with it. You will be taken from the airport to the resort by Magical Express (just like before), naturally the transportation around Disney is included. On the first day of your cruise, the morning you will be at the resort. Often there is a bus leaving from one of the parks as well, if you want to spend a half day there. Either way, the cruise line will let you know where and when the bus for the ship leaves. When you arrive back at the port after your cruise, there will be bus transport to the airport. There are probably buses back to the resorts as well, but I am not certain, as I’ve always flown home after the cruise portion.

Yes, all transportation is provided to you as long as you book it. Magical Express will get you to the parks and the Cruise Line buses will get you to the cruise.
Have an awesome time, I would love to take a Disney cruise and eat at Animator’s Palate.
